At Rigzen Services Private Limited (“Rigzen”), we believe in transparency and are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and compliance services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing requests for refunds on services availed through our website or directly from us.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all consulting and advisory services offered by Rigzen Services Private Limited, including but not limited to:

  • Startup consulting
  • Compliance and legal advisory
  • Business registration and incorporation services
  • Taxation, licensing, and certification support
  • Business strategy and process consulting

General Refund Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • All services that have been initiated, delivered, or completed are strictly non-refundable.
  • Project-based and customized services (such as business registrations, compliance filings, licenses, or tailored consulting assignments) are non-refundable once the process has commenced.

2. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments, retainers, or booking fees made to secure services are non-refundable, except where Rigzen fails to initiate the service within the agreed timeframe.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment or payment made in error
  • Service not delivered due to Rigzen’s internal limitations or inability to fulfill the agreement

All eligible refund requests must be submitted to info@rigzen.in with:

  • A clear explanation of the request
  • Valid proof of payment

Refund Process

  • Refunds shall be limited to amounts agreed upon in writing or contractually defined terms.
  • Clients will be notified via email regarding the refund status, amount, and applicable terms.
  • The Service Receiver must provide valid bank account details (including account number and IFSC code) for the transfer.

Refund Timeframe

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment within 15 to 30 business days.
  • In some contractual cases, refunds may take up to 45 working days from the date all required documents and details are received.
  • Rigzen shall not be held liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel scheduled consultations or services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice via email.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • If a client cancels a service after commencement, no refund will be issued for the work already completed or time invested.
